As a one-woman show, I usually keep my projects fairly manageable in scope for just my own hands and more primitive tools.

I charge per linear square foot based on the historic rebuild height.

Meaning, a higher wall costs more than a shorter wall.

Because I have a Sprinter van conversion, I can live at build sites full-time until the project is finished. No commuting necessary. All I need is 20 volt plugin and a water spigot, and I’m self-sufficient from there.
